I use olive oil on most of my cooking but I love to try different kinds to really add a kick to my salads or pastas. Infused olive oils come in so many great flavors from herbs, chill, to citrus. I like to infuse my oil but sometime I like buy oil already infused to try out the flavor. Well a while back I went to the pumpkin festival in Calabasas there were many vendors but one that caught my eye was Olive Alchemy. Not only are they local and family owned but you can actually go in to do a tasting of all the oils. They have a lot of great infused olive oils and just extra virgin too, as well many different balsamic vinegar! They also carry their own bodycare product and have awesome tableware.
