ICED COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE

Trying to get to the gym at the early hours but still half asleep! Here you go now you can have a protein shake plus coffee to wake you right up!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups ice

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1/2 banana

• 1 cup brewed coffee

• 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Direction:

1. In a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
